GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts for the purchase of admission tickets for events through www.oleggvynnyk.eu.

Contracting party: Atlantic Star Entertainment S.L., Calle Siempreviva 64, Bajo Izquierda, 38107 Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.

2. Conclusion of the contract

By submitting an order through www.oleggvynnyk.eu, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon our confirmation.

3. Prices and payment

All prices include statutory sales tax (IGIC). Payment is made using the payment methods offered. For security reasons, bank details are provided only upon request.

4. Delivery

Depending on the option selected, tickets are sent digitally after receipt of payment.

5. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Section 312g(2), point 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for events with a fixed date.

6. Returns and refunds

Tickets may be returned only if the event is cancelled or substantially changed. Only the ticket price will be refunded.

7. Liability

Atlantic Star Entertainment S.L. is liable only for damage arising from intentional conduct or gross negligence.

8. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy on www.oleggvynnyk.eu.

9. Final provisions

Spanish law applies. To the extent permitted, the place of jurisdiction is the company's registered office.
