Notice concerning the exclusion of the right of withdrawal:

Pursuant to Section 312g(2), point 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the provision of services relating to leisure activities (e.g. concerts) if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

Withdrawal from the purchase contract through www.oleggvynnyk.eu is therefore excluded, provided the event takes place as planned.
